Returns Policy

Each item is printed to order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us at contact@musicmerchonline.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send instructions for return or replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Printed-to-order items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
    Custom-made to order means returns are not possible unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. This does not override our damage-only return policy for non-EU orders.


Refunds

Once your return (if approved) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact contact@musicmerchonline.com if it takes longer than 15 business days.
